REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on Custom Saddles. If your saddle does not fit you or your horse, we will work with you to build you a new saddle that suits your needs, or give you in-store credit.
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns on Custom Saddles. If you have placed a deposit on a saddle, and need to cancel your order, you will not receive a refund for the deposit amount. However, you may choose to use your deposit toward the purchase of a different saddle.
exchange POLICY
If you are unhappy with your saddle, or find that it doesn’t fit you or your horse, please call the shop about exchanging your saddle for a different saddle to suit your needs.
